About the Positions:
Chair
Residence Life Student Groups are student-run committees guided and supervised by the Programming & Engagement Coordinator. Residence Life Student Groups are responsible for putting on programming relevant to their committee’s mandate for all residence students. As the Chair, you will be at the forefront of leading the student group towards achieving its goals and fostering a vibrant residence community experience.
Secretary/Treasurer
Residence Life Student Groups are student-run committees/teams guided and supervised by the Programming & Engagement Coordinator. Residence Life Student Groups are responsible for putting on programming relevant to their student group’s mandate for all residence students. The Secretary/Treasurer is responsible for overseeing the student group’s budget and completing administrative duties for the group.
Communications Officer
Residence Life Student Groups are student-run committees/teams guided and supervised by the Programming & Engagement Coordinator. Residence Life Student Groups are responsible for putting on programming relevant to their student group’s mandate for all residence students. The Communications Officer is responsible for planning and implementing all aspects of the student group marketing plan as well as communicating with all external stakeholders. Ultimately, they act as the liaison for the student group.
